Terms of Service
Consulting is an appointment based service.
Emergency service (defined as service without an appointment, outside normal business hours, or holiday/weekends) is billed at $185/hr (1hr minimum) plus $50/hr for travel.
Scheduled on-site service is billed at $135/hr with a 30 minute per day minimum and in 15 minute increments thereafter plus $20/hr for travel.
Scheduled remote support service is billed at $115/hr in 15 minute increments.
Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice are assessed a $30 cancellation fee.
Any parking or building access fees encountered will be billed to the customer.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Invoices, statements, documentation or other paperwork are sent via email; any communication requiring postal mail is assessed a $5 processing fee plus postage.
Future consulting will not be available to any customer with an account balance 15 days past due.
Unpaid invoices after 90 days are assessed a 10% late fee, with a 15% late fee assessed every additional year.
People Technology reserves the right to change terms, fees, and other restrictions, or to refuse/discontinue service at any time.
Any work performed at your premises or invoice payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
