Terms of Service
• Remote - $85.00 USD per hour
Support provided by email, phone, remote access, or screen-sharing.
• OnSite - $120.00 USD per hour
Support personnel dispatched to your location, datacenter,
or other point of physical infrastructure.
Consulting is an appointment based service.
Emergency service, defined as service without an appointment or service outside normal business hours, is billed at an additional $35/hr.
Scheduled consulting is billed as a 30 minute per day minimum and in 15 minute increments thereafter.
Emergency consulting is billed as a 1 hour per day minimum and in 30 minute increments thereafter.
Travel time to any customer site outside of Lake County, IL is billed at $20/hr.
Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice are assessed a $30 cancellation fee.
Any parking or building access fees encountered will be billed to the customer.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Invoices, statements, documentation or other paperwork are sent via email; any communication requiring postal mail is assessed a $2 processing fee plus postage.
Future consulting will not be available to any customer with an account balance 15 days past due.
People Technology reserves the right to change terms, fees, and other restrictions, or to refuse/discontinue service at any time.
Any work performed at your premises or invoice payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
